I write to request that the Tigereye Mercenary Company turn over Mercenary Brendan Wilks to the Spellguard Tower immediately to face criminal charges. He is being charged on accounts of torture and refusing to respond to a request of interrogation. I understand that the Mercenary Company is here to keep the peace in Lower Sanctuary and that will accept the turn-over of their own men to face their criminal charges in the process.

I am unaware of any circumstances of an Agent torturing Mercenary Lyonsbane. If you could supply me with a name and detail then I will make an inquiry. Otherwise, my requests remains.

Frankly, it would be smart to turn him over immediately to prevent furthur crimes while we work out the case with the unknown agent who tortured your mercenary.

The agent in question was Delgado, and I understand you may have had a role as well Ferrington. Aside from that, Wilks has gone rogue, turning on our company. So if he is to be handed over, it will not be as simple as me waking him from his bunk. He is armed and dangerous
