Is it ok to post in game activities done by my character without DM supervision? I dont mean world changing things but for example if I portrait that my char paints his deities sign on buildings. Would that be alright and in such case where do i post this?

It's a general rule that if it doesn't happen in game, it doesn't happen.

Contact a DM to have things such as modifying buildings done in game.

Yeah, it can be really fun and interesting in game. I desecrated a temple of Chauntea one time by placing animal carcasses around it. Had to have DM supervision just to make sure it was done believably and then he put actual corpses around to replace the skins I dropped. It can be a fun little side mission, you have ot do it all the time with rogues in PnP.
