I hope you're doing well. I was writing to enquire if you had made any progress on determining what the cost might be to enchant citizen stones in the way we talked about. I didn't think it would be too expensive, since it would simply tie into the systems we already have in place, but I don't know much about arcane magic.

Also, I thought I should report some magic casting that occurred outside of a warded building. Terior Menthur, Tigereye, cast a large number of spells in the middle of Lower on a group that was about to enter the temple of Hoar.

Unfortunately, my research abilities are currently focused on Dunwarren and Animatron mechanisms. As soon as my work there is completed I will do full work on the citizen stones until the goal has been accomplished. In the meanwhile I'm afraid that I cannot supply you with an estimated price without doing extensive research on the topic.

Your report regarding Terio Menthur has been filed. To my knowledge there is some action taking place in regards to stopping the illegal casting by the Tigereye Mercenary Company.
