Hello all -
Just wanted to let you know I'm planning on hosting a game this weekend - ran one previously with Outcrowd for some Efu players and everyone had a great time.
If you're interested, sign-up page is at Neverwinter Connections - if you've never played a game thru NWC, then you'll need to create an account. If you are planning on playing, be sure to mention Efu in your application so I know!
Sign-up page is:

Cheers,
PC

I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a few hours of extremely high quality roleplay. Poetic Colossus is an excellent DM and one shot adventures are truly a unique exerience compared to PW gaming; I encourage everyone with the time to try and give it a go.

Well yeah. All well and good. But it's at 1am - 5am GMT. Not exactly Euro friendly.
If at all possible, it would be good if you could arrange your campaigns so that anyone interested can participate.
Thanks.

For people in euro time zones, I'm trying to run or organise one (or two) shot adventures along similar lines. They have been run for players from EfU and similar modules. So far I've been using my own mediocre PC to host, with mixed results. If anyone out there is interested in hosting, DMing and/or playing drop me a PM. We usually play Saturday or Sunday mornings through to afternoon (GMT+1-ish).
The games we've played have tended to mid-high level with equipment as per the default ILR, though I try to discourage uber-builds. We try to roleplay to a standard that would be expected from EfU, and I try to choose modules that have good storylines and aren't just hack and slash. Everything is open to debate according to what people want though.

Nooo! I won't be able to make it PC!
I second everything Kotenku says. You won't regret this.
PC- would you accept players after the first night, or fill-in characters? Maybe just a wandering, bumbling old fellow that can stumble along with/behind the PCs sometime?
Save the ants! Long live the ant queens!

I'll give it a go if it's on the weekend, it might be a good try out to see if this bard I'm thinking of making for EFU is something I like

I'd love to. I've played PnP for years but haven't been able to be a player in a while. Not sure if I could make it though. Moving back to college Saturday.

PC is an awesome DM. Best one-shot I've ever been in.
Save the ant population!

my only experience of nwn multiplayer has been efu (and a few other servers that I quickly abandoned for reasons that i'm sure others here would understand).
I've never played dnd pnp.
BUT
I've sent poetic an app on nwnconnections... so yay for me. Hope I get to play.

Nightfire, MadCad, Garem, Kotenku and Efu_Dark - my lameness is DM'ing was reduced only because of your uber-skillz in rp'ing!
:D
My apologies for the session not being Euro-friendly and all - my time is pretty limited these days, so I'm restricted to when I can and cannot run the mod. Hopefully I can find a timeslot more amenable in the future as EFu players are truly awesome.
Btw Chez, I cleared your app so you are good to go!

Please, don't give Kotenku credit for anything. I would hate to see him achieve anything close to what they call "self-esteem". Consider this something like a "Don't feed the bears" sign. It's truly in the best interest of said individual. Thank you for being understanding.

Yeah - I wouldn't worry abou his self-esteem right about now. Please do inquire how his paladin had an enormous chunk of Lathanderian-Flavored flesh taken out. :p

Don't suppose there's a chance you'll run your Heroes' Stone stuff some sane Euro time, PC? :)
Also, heya.

It was in fact a bear, as a matter of fact.
I made the DC 26 fortitude save to stay alive though. Then proceeded to save the lives of both my party mates.

From what i can gather (which is most likely wrong) this is happening in 18 hours... Right?

A bear? Not even an owlbear or a dire bear? Tell me it was at least a grizzly.
And Lathander? Come on Kotenku, what about the ants? Does Lathander protect them? NO, he kills them with the sun and a looking glass...
Give 'em hell PC. Preferably all nine.

this happened earlier today (for me, last night for others...) and I had fun. was a very odd group of players, but thanks to pc for a great aside from my almost purely EfU dominated roleplaying.
