Dear councillor Tyrell,

Councillor Kayragh informed me that any questions about the contract I recently signed to officially become the Steward of the Arena of Sanctuary (The one located next to the Society of the Ordered Mind Chapterhouse). I do quite have at least two now.

I'm rather interested when it comes to the following benefit: "The occasional stipend will be allowed for running events and the alotted resources for maintainance will be provided."

I shall be starting to hold events on the arena soon, and I will have to hire healers, and possibly even people to go on expeditions to catch fearsome monsters to fight on the arena, and it would be quite helpful to know the funds I have at my disposal, if any in this matter. I find it very hard to plan things otherwise, and an answer to this would be most helpful I must admit.

I am also wondering whether anything similar to Gaeseric's sponsoring of the earlier tournament will occur this time, he quite provided the spoils for it. This is yet another question I'd need an answer for to plan my future actions.

We'll provide the occasional stipend, for certain, but we'll need to decide whether it's appropriate on a case by case basis.

Seeing as Lord Toboerski has kindly offered to fund the repair of the wall at the gates, we may have some spare coming up in the budget - though surely an enterprising arena steward can make a rather healthy sum just by hosting his own independent tournies from time to time, without council interference?
