Let me congratulate you, and Master Millenthur, of the title of the Steward of the Arena. The proposition has past the voting for the matter with the council.

You both need to sign a deed to become really the Stewards, though. I wish to meet you in person as soon as possible to fulfill this obligation. I wish you have knowledge of how to contact Millenthur on this matter.

As the Steward of the Arena of Sanctuary, I accept the following responsibilities:

- Maintainance of the Arena facility and information on the walls. - Running two events per month, not exclusively combat events. - Running one event that spans more than two days long at the direction of the Council.

As the Steward of the Arena of Sanctuary, the following benefits will be provided:

- Lodging in the back of the Arena. - Room for equipment storage. - Official decrees to override the use of the Arena. In other words, the Steward can ask current occupants to leave the Arena if absolutely necessary. - The occasional stipend will be allowed for running events and the alotted resources for maintainance will be provided.
