Two people died. Due to the House of Light. Will they stop the killing? Are they ever so willing? No. They won't. Because why? They don't care about lives. Only about titles.

I thank you on behalf of the House of Light for all you have done helping us deal with this awful matter.

Can you offer the House any information in dealing with this? As far as I know, we have no real idea who is behind these threats and actions.

If you could forward anything that can help us defend ourselves and the people of this town, we will be in your debt. And we will ALL be safer.

Eowung, I want to assure you personally, not only as a Tigereye but as your kin that I am personally doing everything possible to find who is responsible. One of our officers will likely send you a more comprehensive letter later but I wanted to send this first so you are aware that this is quite literally the first thing on my mind. We have doubled our patrols past the house of light and will be blocking off the sewer grate near the house of light very soon.

We have potential suspects but that information must be kept quiet for the time being for while you might be able to help us in finding them, if word spreads of who these suspects are it will be much more difficult to find them.

There is one relatively easy security precaution which I think would have a massive impact.

Post one of your men outside of your building at all times and one on the inside. Have the one on the outside take note of all who enter. Likewise, instruct the man on the outside that if trouble occurs they are NOT to enter, but to flee and immediately write down all characteristics of any individuals who entered recently. Turn away anyone who refuses to lift a helmet or scarf, even briefly to show your man outside. An attack will be far less likely to occur with the possibility of a good description of the attackers. An attack on the man outside would alert our Company who has a guard posted less then 30 feet away.

It is almost a certainty that whoever did the attack scouted the house of light several times before the attack and it seems likely they still go there on a quasi regular basis.
