Councillors,

I am requesting a budget assessment from your hall reguarding the construction, repair and addition of town defences at the gate. I would like to know how much funding is currently available so that we may start work on repairing the gateway and devising new ways of protecting this town.

We intend to hold a meeting reguarding working and cost assessing new methods of defence and how we can aquire or create such things, but we could do with knowing how much money there is to spend on such work including hiring of labour or adventurers and maintainance of equipment.
