Dear Councillor,
My name is Nicole Alley and I am a member of the Spellguard Associates doing some research on their behalf. I was hoping to get any information you may have collected or researched yourself on the strange rune-covered obelisks around town and in dunwarren.
I know of two in Upper, one near the place named Clown Land and the other near the bookshop, and there's one near the entrance to the area known as the Bowels in Dunwarren.
I would be most grateful if you could let me know your opinions on them or point me in the direction of certain written materials on the structures or the language the runes are in (presumably ancient svirfneblin of some kind). I am reachable at the Rock Bottom Tavern.
