Captain,
I apologize in advance for the taking of your time, for normally this sort of matter would be left entirely in your capable hands to handle at the time most convenient to you, but in light of recent events, the situation with one of your Tigereyes cannot be ignored.
Frankly, I am very displeased with the continuous and repeated actions of one of your own, and I dearly hope you are doing all that is necessary to relieve the matter and maintain the astute reputation of your company. The Tigereye known as both Amolef and Wizard, for reasons that confound even me, is a disgrace to your standing and I would highly recommend a permanent course of disciplinary action, or permanent removal, if the former has not already worked.
Mister Amolef, or Wizard, seems to have some sort of desire to disregard authority, the consequences of his own actions, and the laws set in Sanctuary. And not only this, he seems dedicated in creating conflict with both your and my organizations, and that is something I do not wish to achieve personally. I do not need to go into events and recounts in detail unless you desire them, but his actions are not limited to unsanctioned magic usage in Dunwarren, the refusal to immediately follow orders from both a ranking Spellguard Agent and a Watchman simultaneously, and then some sort of petty threat I was unable to understand regarding the releasing of information that connects the Spellguard to an incident in the lowers that resulted in the necessary subduing of various unruly citizens and also the handling of an watch private during the most unfortunate time that our city was threatened by the Drow.
He also confessed to being the one responsible for many of the frivolous sendings during that Drow episode, even after a sending was made instructing citizens to cease their sendings. What baffles me even more is that he choose to disobey your direct orders, for which I was present to hear, stating that he, and the Tigereyes as a whole, would not have any involvement with the slated Drow demands. I hope that you are also well aware of his desire to be deceptive and his addiction to the manipulation of the words of others, for it would be terrible news to hear that he is only like this outside of the Fortress. The Tigereyes do not need an individual like this. Sanctuary does not as well.
