I've noticed that at least one crossbow repeater in the stairway quest in Dunwarren has been giving the Catapault message when used and refuses to fire bolts.

there's one in the Rat barricade too.

I noticed that if you click on a target in one direction, and miss, the repeater will turn in an entirely wrong direction (120+ degrees) and kill a Spellguard. Oh, wait, is that an exploitable bug? :D
