Could not load the module missing required custom talk table, "arnaden_cepv2.tlk"

I cant get in the game cause this shows up evertime I try to get in I need that arnaden_cepv2.tlk to get in where to get it

If so, try removing any overrides, mods, and/or haks. EfU runs with the default installation and official patches, nothing more is needed nor required.
