Mercenary,
I want to know what you've put together about this psycho messing around with the House of Light. I'm guessing nothing.
I often hear you complain about jurisdiction. Regardless of the written law that allows us to pursue suspects wherever they hide, if you got off your asses and upheld your contract to "keep the peace", maybe we wouldn't have to come down looking for this criminal, and the countless others like him.
I'm tired of doing your job. Catch this guy.

I'm a low ranking grunt so I’m sure one of the officers can give you a more thorough report..... every single patrol I make sure I peak inside the house of light at least twice and pass by it at least three times. It is probably receives more visitations per patrol then any building in lower.
The house of light is a single screams reach from the tigereye fortress besides having its own guard and numerous potential eye witnesses in the market one of our own men is stationed roughly 15 feet away. The house of light itself is not in any serious threat from one lone sociopath.
I really, really want to say something a bit cruder but I should be diplomatic.

Pvt Lockwood,
I want to know what you've put together on a lot of the problems in this city, but once again we see no cooperation from you and your Watch. I have made requests numerous times so that we can better do our job. You have done nothing. I grow tired of the Watch's lack of concern for the town's people. We dont need you in our area, we do just fine. If we had the watch helping us, our gate would no doubt look as bad as yours. We keep vigil eye on the House of Light. Guards are near on the streets and rooftops. Once you and your ilk look to actualy benefit the city, purhaps then we can meet and find common ground. Until you can stop your childish antics, we have little to say to one another. The commoners speak for themselves. Ours are happy, yours are scared.

Mordur,
I'm not going to bicker. The House itself will be safe, thanks to the safe guards set in place by the CDL. The danger here is for the people of Lower. You are hired to protect them. Capture the criminal. Do your job.

It would seem your men were less than adaquate in an attack that occured. Had they voiced their problem with us as well as your people, purhaps this could have been avoided. Faith in your abilities is fading quickly amongst the people. Dont ever tell me how to do my job child.
