Dungal Toboerski, Town Hall

Councilor,

Though my first impression of you was rather poor, I greatly admire the recent work you have done concerning the Drow threat. Circumstances being as they exsist, there are those on the council that will surely revert to placing their heads and pretending that city is safe. You will not be one of these people because I can tell you understand the truth of our situation down here. This city needs your proposals to be enacted now more then ever. Don't let them die.

The Watch and I, personally, have a number of proposals of our own. The time has come to make a serious investment into the defense capabilities of the city. From my estimates, the effectiveness our defenses could be increased anywhere between 75 to 133% with the addition of new structures, technological improvements, and alterations to infrastructure. These projects will require funding, but the potential cost on the city of not implimenting them outweighs all else.

I'd like to run a few of these ideas by you in person. Ideally, we could generate a piece of legislation that will fund this imperitive investment in our future. I've written you becaause I know you have the strength to see it through.

I shall be most happy to speak with you Private Lockwood. There are certain issues with the watch that already greatly concern me.

In regards,

Scion Dungal Toboerski

((Bad week for me to get in game, as I'm moving, but hopefully next week will be better.))

*A second letter follows some hours later.*

I have lost contact with one Private Grigorio. Can you tell me what is his fate, the man seems to have disappeared.

In regards,

Scion Dungal Toboerski

((I think he quit the character, but I was curious what the IC reason was and its rather important to know for something I plan.))

Councilor,

Grigorio met his fate at the hands of murderous clowns. It was decided by a narrow majority that he was, in fact, too ugly for the watch to waste the coin on raising him.

I should mention, however, that this vote only came about after previous attempts at ressurection had failed. His body simply could no longer hold his spirit any longer, and he will be missed.
