I stood as witness to a duel to the death between Councilor Majre Nogueyra and a Baneite known only by his first name, Kaer. No terms were breached and the fight was deemed fair by multiple witnesses including a one Baldev and a unnamed Kobold. In the end, Councilor Nogueyra stood victorious. The Baneites body was brought to the masoleum and his possesions, in the councilors charge, are to be scraped for their value.
