Thank you for finding that letter and turning it in. Kara and I are looking at what it means, and it's a little worrying I must tell you.

I don't know if you know this, but this note is the second such threatening letter received here. The first was of similar intent, but addressed to Jirala personally.

Please, if you can discover any more about these letters or the person delivering them, let us know as soon as possible. There may be lives at stake.
