To who it may concern,

I am Millenthur, a battlepriest of Tempus. This note has the purpose of inquiering about the local arena, for words have reached me that it might not be owned by a particular owner. Thus I wish to share my interest in making use of the arena, as a site to start working towards my visions of creating a warfare academy. An academy which shall aid this city in educating and training soldiers in Sanctuary.

With this note I hope to initiate a discussion of what to make of the arena, if it has indeed no manager or owner. If a reply would be sendt to the Rock Bottom, addressed to myself I would appreciate it.

The Arena is a public facility owned by the government of the city of Sanctuary. The Council has recently begun deliberations concerning the appointment of a citizen as the "Steward of the Arena," and what this position might entail. I will pass along your letter.
