I encountered a buggy thing today when arresting Naga's character. I originally placed him in for serious charges, then went to correct it and put him on minor. I released him first, then re-arrested him. However, it appears that the time was not cleared, and was instead stacked. It likely put the time for minor on top of the original serious charge, and then reapplied the 'arrested' status.

Should be fixed in v684.
