Apologies for the very lateness of this letter. Some time ago you were harassed by a band of individuals who turned on you due to persuation from an ogre tribe outside of town. I wished to inform you that those folks have been dealt with. They will not bother you again. That being said, I would like to express how concerned the Tigereyes are about the safety of merchants in lower. We dont want you good folk in the canal ward to feel forgotten, or off the beaten path. In fact we would like to encourage more merchants in that ward. We already have had some small shops open in Lower proper. Please feel free to come to us with any further problems.
