I noticed there was a poster stating that someone would pay 10,000 gold for that spear, the one with the chill and acidic touch.

Coincedentally, recently a man named Koroth took down a sign stating he would pay 10,000 gold for a plague he was once ~desperate~ to get rid of.

Perhaps having a little chat with this Koroth person is in order. By chat I mean beating him until he tells you what you wish to know ofcourse.
