Captain,

There is an elf about, calls himself "Wizard". He is somewhat profficient with combat enchantments, and a good man. He's aided my campaign and helped me subdue at least one woman of questionable mien in Lower Sanctuary. I believe he is acting with the purpose of joining the Company. While there is still much to be done in the way of trying him, I believe he's a better recruit than your average grunt off the street. That said, he's still a wizard, and that'll likely harm his chances.

In any case, he might be worth looking at with a little bit of attention. He does have an excitable streak that will need to be controlled, I think.
