It never occured to anyone he had been using magic to cheat in drinking contests, for years.

Herod Welton: Long, long dead, likley as a direct result of his own actions.

Criler: Smoking a pipe in a sewer while getting drunk and having an old prostitute give him a lap dance -- all the while he'll be chuckling.

Michael de la Rey: His preservation spell will kick in, and he will be revived from the dead. He will have studied Lichdom and is now an extremely powerful Wizard in his own right. Come back to take up on his dreams, he duels both Simms and Barkely in simultanious combat, only to victor and claim the title of Commander de la Rey. He will have his Animatron carry a bronze plaque inscribed with his title on it.

After that he will call all of the citizens of Sanctuary together, where he makes a speech of the great Michael de la Rey having found a way to the surface. Incited by these words, the citizens all exclaim their happiness, and are overjoyed. Michael simply holds his hands up in the air to calm them, and says: "All who can follow me, do so!" at which point he casts Teleport without Error and leaves the disgruntled and grief-stricken Sanctuarians behind him.

He will visit Waterdeep to tell Lady Hlanta Melshimber his mission was insuccesful. They will then kiss passionatly while the sun sets over the Sea Ward.

After disappearing and reappearing for the fourth time, Mandarin will lead an army of slimes against Sanctuary destroying anyone and everyone who resists conversion to the worship of the Primordial. Afterwards, he'll lead all his faithful converts to conquest against the Over-masters who control the surface before ultimately joining the Great God physically by dissolving himself ritually inside an Elder Slime.

Maugh: Tending the fungus gardens of Sanctuary and entertaining the children with tales of days past.

Saber: Dead I wager.

Entar: Sells his golden armor and spends the rest of his life in the Crone.

Elvine: Buys himself some drow slaves and moves to the duergar mines.

Well Shan Frenis will hopefully be freed from Drow slavery and spending his time in hiding from verious female lynch mobs.

Danielle Addams - Married to a Priest or a Paladin and raising little Tormites.

Tonde : somewhere in the middle of nowhere of the underdark or dead whilst attempting something totally crazy. Or alive and very famous for her actions. But also very disliked by the government. Valaun : dead whilst trying to kill off drow or in charge of the defence of a church of Eilistraee. Always by Eowung's side ( as a bodyguard, make no mistake!!!!).
