After pondering your words and speaking with Kara we have agreed to haev the CDL guards stationed in the House of light with the following provisions

1. They have no juristiction outside the House of Light and any criminals caught will eb ahnded over to the Tiger Eyes on request.

2. That they be judged pure of heart by the House Paladins

3. That they are polite at all times to any who seek help or solace inthe House of Light.

We will also do what we can to help you with the apprehension of the criminals you mentioned.
