It is reminded that the unsanctioned withholding of property of the Spellguard is considered a criminal action against the Spellguard, and is punished by imprisonment and / or fine, depending on the case. If you believe another may be in posession of such property, report the case immediately.

...and if you think the Spellguard is a sanctioned city group who hordes just about all they can under the guile of 'authority' feel free to keep all that stuff you stole from them and, in fact, continue doing it.

DOWN WITH THE GUARD!!

Any citizen that may question why preventing Spellguard personnel from carrying out their duties to their full potential directly leads to the endangerment of Sanctuary and its citizens and is therefore grounds for prosecution is welcomed to the Spellguard Tower to have questions answered by any free Agent.

Those capable and that have practiced knowledge of the fourth and greater circles of divine spells should arrange a time to be interviewed in the Spellguard Tower by Agent Strife. This can be done in a letter addressed to Agent Strife at the Spellguard Tower, or, by arriving at the Tower during a time at which Agent Strife is available. If you are a citizen that knows someone capable of this feat, please forward the name of the citizen to the Spellguard as well as the location at which they reside.

Your cooperation is appreciated.
