Two things:

1) I think this has been mentioned before, I just can't remember, but the head of Tharszuk stays in your inventory after the quest was completed. If it's even needed to conclude it. My apologies again for forgetting.

2) There's an option to [bluff] Gragra which leads on to a persuasion attempt for something. Now she does look quite naive and all that, but the bluff DC seems a little too low even for that, seeing it is, well, zero.

(Furthermore I know that the DMs are aware that the ogre cave is down the stream and the current would sent the poison towards the Dark Lake and not Sanctuary.)

Not sure if this has been fixed. It was reported elsewhere, so I'm locking that thread.

I'm fairly sure that Tharzusk's head has continued to show up in odd places, fairly often.

Did the quest 2-3 days ago or something, head stayed in my inventory. Also saw his head with one of the merchants yesterday.
