Hello Stouthearts of Tornbeard Hall and Advocates of the House of Light

I am here to ask for a small amount of assistance in regards to the Ball. I need a few of your members to help in the pre-event setup of several tables and chairs. As well as 2 small booths for food and drink.

The council has table and chairs already, I just need a few people to help set them up a couple hours before the event.

If any of your members would be willing to help, please leave a note at either of the inns for me in regards to who and how many I should expect.

Thank you for your offer. I would think an two hours before the event would be sufficient. I also have a volunteer from the Stoutheart clan as well.

I thank the Stouthearts for helping. It shouldn't take too long or be very long for the setup. Please meet me at the Town Hall podium two hours before the event, if possible, so that we might have plenty of time to set things up.

I believe a member or two of the House of Light will also be helping in getting things arranged.
