I have a druid, and apparently the scripts for changing the shapes a druid can become aren't working, Can the dms fix this soon and in the meanwhile, should i not shapeshift?

They're working fine, as far as I know. Use your crafting menu to set which form you want your shapes to go to -- the standard NWN shapes are disabled.
