Let it be known, the coward known as Kaddaz has seen fit to impugn the honor of Scion Dungal Toboerski and to insult his character through the use of a 'supernatural' ability to 'detect his betters'. Upon issuance of his insults, he was challenged to a duel. Before accepting, he entered a brewery and remained there for hours. Indeed, even after his companions left, he failed to return and it can only be assumed he was hiding.
This is said because a letter was sent again reminding him of his insults and again reminding him of his honorable obligation to answer insults with a fair duel, the terms of which were his to name. The individual has at this time still refused to set a time for the duel. He had the right to name his terms, but after a week had still not done so. I named the terms honorably, to be a gentleman's duel with rapiers and daggers unarmored until one combatant consented. He has left now only to state he excepts the terms of the duel and name a time to fight. He has refused.
Let it be known that Kaddaz, "knight" of Tyr is a drunk, a coward, and a false accusser. This judgement of his character as a gentleman shall stand unless he proves himself by meeting me in honorable combat. No man that refuses to defend his name has the right to challenge another's.

Dungal is a coward and a lier. I di go into the brewery but left to find him not waiting where we agreed to meet. He also fails to mention that the very next day an assasin snuck into my room, and knowing this patheitic coward of a man, he probably sent him.
I did recive the letter and spent that day searching for a man that could not be found.
You had your chance for a duel but left instead of waiting, and I do not deal with cowards, so you can stick your fight up your arse, but rest assured, if given the chance, I will more than happily strike you down.
Let it be know that Dungal Tobeorski is a coward, a lier, and more than lives up to my ealier accusations. Do not worry if he challenges you to a fight, he will not go through with it. He will slander your name though, much like the coward he is.

You know where to find me, and still have not named the terms. You continue to belittle me, yet you could not even best the weakest of my warriors.
I'm still waiting, and since you can not name the terms I shall.
Rapiers and daggers, unarmored, the arena. No potions, no magic, continued until one can no longer fight. Gentleman's rules. You may name a time and your own second. Bring a bard to discuss your defeat, perhaps he can use proper spelling and grammar.
Else issue a formal apology and guard well your tongue in the future.

I have deigned to be kind and generous. I shall take your inability to even name a time as yet another generous reach to myself, obviously you not only prefer I name the terms recognizing the wretched insult your actions gave me unfairly, but you also wish me to narrow the time to something conduscive to my busy schedule.
Very well, I accept and name the time also but I'll keep it general out of respect for your obviously busy life of cutting and running from fights your mouth gets you into.
One week from now. I expect your apology in writing by then for your insults against a man who you do not know, and whose character you unjustly impugned.
Perhaps it will loosen your scabbard from the paralyzing grip of fear if I point out I only intend to draw your blood with my blades and not kill you. You're words are not that worthy of my wrath. I desire only an apology or to see you beaten publically.

*in response to the original proclamation, as Arthan walks past the Arena on his way to the Society Chapterhouse. He leaves the following message at The Toboerski home*
Dear Master Toboerski,
I have seen your accusations of the Knight of Tyr named Kaddaz and wish to discuss at length the situation at hand. I have fought with Kaddaz in numerous battles where odds did not favor us and he has yet to back down. I have not journeyed with him in some time though, and it is possible his personality has changed, perhaps for the worst.
I rent a room at the Rock Bottom so you may send correspondence there if you wish to talk.
Arthan Dominicus
