This isnt the most important of suggestions and I am not for sure if it is possible but shouldnt elves get a +2 to charisma for their race? If this is completely off target, sorry.

Only Star Elves get +2 to Charisma, and they're pretty restricted in terms of location.

The rest of the Elven subrace ability modifiers are as follows:

Moon Elf - +2 Dex, -2 Con

Sun Elf - +2 Int, -2 Con

Wild Elf - +2 Dex, -2 Int

Wood Elf - +2 Str, +2 Dex, -2 Con, -2 Int, -2 Cha

Drow - +2 Dex, +2 Int, +2 Cha, -2 Con

One of the misconceptions I hate on this server is that Charisma is equal to how good looking the character is, it isn't, it represents how well that character is liked, it can be a result of good looks, but isn't always dependent on it. Elves don't get the bonus because they are no more likable than any other race (except things that have a negative cha mod, such as ddwarves and half-ocs)

Consider this: Most schools have that group of popular girls, the 'elite' of the bunch. Worshipped by the less popular women, loved by all the guys. Your typical American teen movie. And as those typical movies go, those girls are bitches. Bitches to the extreme, bitch galore. Wotevah. What I'm saying is that however hot they look in those short skirts, they have such a low Charisma that they can't/ won't interact with the 'less popular' crowd.
