As I oversee security at the House of Light, Chell has asked me to contact you regarding the stationing of your men at the House. To my knowledge, two men are to be stationed at the House at any given time, and are to be in House colors. The House colors should be worn on the way to and from Upper and while in the House. They will not have any jurisdiction outside of the House.

Also, I would like to meet any Watch members who will be stationed at the House so that I might ensure they are pure of heart.

The Watch hasn't got men to spare in guarding the House of Light, that said however, the Civil Defence League will be recruiting again soon. It was my understanding that the original agreement between the House of Light and Sergeant Greyward, was the stationing of CDL members in the House of Light as protection.

A meeting in person should be arranged, to discuss this matter. Further correspondence can be addressed also to Sergeant Marshall who I'm assisting with Civil Defence League matters.
