To all Tormites in Sanctuary I, Chell Kantalith - Priest of Torm, greet you in the name of our Lord.

I ask that all the devout of Torm contact me in person or by writing at the Rock Bottom inn so that we can form a true core of believers and work together to fight corruption and evil in Sanctuary.

This call also goes out to worshipers of the Triad and the other Noble Deities that champion the cause of Righteousness, Justice and fight against Corruption.

It is time to organise, to work with like minded brothers and sisters to combat the evil at work within Sanctuary and to provide a stalwart defence against all threats to the city from outside forces.
