Thane,
Greetings. It has been a great pleasure to become more and more acquainted with you in recent days. The Seekers have always considered the Stouts to be great allies of our humble town, and I wish to express my utmost thanks for everything the Stouts have done for our fragile community over the years.
I also wished to inform you that I've recently spoken with some greys that once found a promising vein of ore, but due to the deaths of many miners, closed off the shaft and left it to sit silent and unused.
I've been told that should I gather a party and discover and solve the source of the problem in this shaft, some special allowances might be made for the future of that particular mine. At the moment, only I have been promised some possibility of ore with future discounts. However, I'd hope to also include some benefits to your clan should the mine be effectively cleared; working rights, permits, things of that nature if they can be worked out.
I can make no promises as the shaft is not my own, nor does it belong to Sanctuary. Yet I thought that something of this nature might interest your clan, particularly if you can work something out with the Greys to either mine the shaft yourselves once it is cleared or assist them in their tasks, if such an arrangement would be acceptable to you. I'd gladly sacrifice some of the future benefits promised to me to Clan Stoutheart should you be able to assist in this task.
I hope to clear out this abandoned mine in the next coming week or so, once the heavy barricades have been sufficiently removed by the greys.
((i'm out of town this weekend. available starting next monday EST evenings/ GMT-5, but relatively flexible))
Leave me a note at Seeker's Hall if you or any of the Stouts are interested in this undertaking.
Humblest regards - Seeker Grey Jenkins

*The next day, he opens it up and reads through it, claps his hands and smiles, and puts it back on the table on top of the envelope it came in. He then writes a quick note beside it.*
Thane, sorrry to read this, but we all be busy and we all need to help each other. I think this be a grand idea, and we need to get a bunch o' the Stouts - particularly the Elders - together to get this done.

Grey, i'm glad you told us of this as it is of great importants to many things, with the raising of our kin soon to happen we should be at full strength once again and be able to clear the mine, please could you arrange this with the greys as we are not on the best of terms with the greys for historical, racial, and personal reasons.
Thank you

//how about friday night for you?
Friday July 21st
EST 5pm
GMT 10pm
BST 11pm
I'm EST so this might be my best bet. I could maybe try for 4pm EST, moving it up one hour if that would help.
And if the DM that played the Duergar foreman when Grey asked him about it reads this, would this work with you?

//
I'm EST which is GMT-5
So, anytime Friday evening will work for me.
I thought we had more Euros in this group so I suggested afternoon EST. If later is better, just let me know. Any Aussies in this group?
EST 7pm = GMT 12mid
EST 10pm = GMT 3am
Whatever is fine with me.

// Rollo can prolly make 10 pm EST, but likely a bit late.
With the usual 20-30 minutes of slow prep time, he should be fine... ;-)

//Will try to make it. That would be 7pm PST. Usually put my daughter to sleep between 7-8 so it may be a bit tough. But, I will try.
