Ten days from Ches 29th, some halfling would like to use the Upper Chambers of the Town Hall to throw a ball.

He came to me prior to this and I told him the Town Hall may be available by request, since we make little use of the chamber anyway.

It concerns me to see that he's already announced it as a location. Regardless, I'm asking permission for him to see if he can use the chamber in the Town Hall for his party.
