I was part of a group that just completed a bounty offered by the Watch. Not sure if this is a bug or not, but when I ended it I got a message saying 'You were not part of this quest and will receive no XP'. I asked others in my party whether they got XP or not, and they said they hadn't. We got the gold.

If it is meant to give ending XP, then I think it might be broken. If not, then its all good.

I'm not sure what the intended behavior here is. Thrawn?

Did you take the quest, to start with?

If not, you don't get the XP, in order to prevent exploits.
