I write to you to express my interest in a property in the canal ward. I've noticed a seemingly abandoned building dubbed "The Steady Hand". I can see it was quite clearly meant to be some manner of medical facility, yet it lays unfinished or simply unmanned. I wish to inquire as to whom owns this building, and if purchase of said building may be possible.
