The description of the fern at the end of the beetle queen quest says that their are a few bottle tops poking out. However, these potions do not respawn every time the quest is taken, and therefore only the first party to take the quest after a restart gets the 5 potion bonus.
I suppose either the description should be changed or the potions should be respawn every time the quest is taken.
