[A Letter sealed with a very cursave M pressed into blue wax finds its way onto Counceler Geigne's desk]
Counceler Geigne,
Straight to the core of the letter i write. My name is Reonie Tibble and i believe you have been notified about my master, Kumagan's inability to confer with either of us any longer. I have received all the notes and works or Master Kumagan's work with you and i write this to announce that i will be seeing to the continuation of Master Kumagan's work. Basically i wish to meet with you to see where we sit with the work of the Monestary.
Sincearly
Reonie Tibble

Reonie Tibble,
Currently, the monastary's status is something like this:
-The idea has been presented before Council.
-The Council is currently unwilling to produce a monastary and support its programs.
Right now, what you need to do is work to convince the Council that the production of this monastary is in our interests. To do this, you need to:
-Gather a base of supporters. There is no point in erecting a whole monastary for a few amount of people. This monastary needs to have the support of a significant amount of people for us to seriously consider it. Keep me updated with the amount of supporters you have.
-Fundraise. Currently, our budget is very tight. Building a monastary is an expensive project. If you and your supporters can raise money to help pay for this monastary, we would be more willing to support it. After all, the more money you raise, the more it shows the Council that you are serious in your efforts.
I have done what I can for you at the moment. This is what you need to work at before the Council will look at the monastary again.
I send my respects to Kumagan and I wish you the best of luck.
Your councilor,
-J. Geigne

Counciler Geigne,
again a short letter for at this moment there are other matters i must attend to...
myself and any that come to help shall be funding it in its full extent so there will be no cost on the Council at all. This is for two reasons...
The First: all work on the construction of a building is taken as training in a monks disipline and will be built in part by those that will call it home. i myself will be working on it every spare moment i can and i hope to work closely with builders the Monestary hires for its construction.
The Second: Master Kumagan wished for it to be funded by its members for its members and the people of sanctuary and as such he wished for no cost to be passed onto the tight budget that the council already has.
Now Counciler Geigne, this monestary will be built weither its inside sanctuary or outside is yet to be seen though it would benifit the citizens of santuary much greater with its construction inside sanctuary rather than outside. Though the number of years i have lived is small and this task is as large as it is and it may even see the years for its contruction last longer than my current years of life but i will still work towards its compleation even if i have to grow the zurk, mine the stone and iron and proccess them all myself i have no fear of work and those i call friends are all in agreement i am able to acheive this task... now obviously the council's blessing will be a help but it will be completed no matter what...
