Jacob Geigne makes the following speech at three different times in the week before the Tarsakh Election. He speaks loudly and with confidence, standing tall and proud.

Citizens! Friends. Family.

Very soon this council term will come to its conclusion and the election ballots will open once again. This term we have lost three of our honorable councilors: Rilo Manasi, Mandarin Ubel Dreagle and Morgan Maddocks, yet we refused to allow their casualties to slow down our council's progress in your name.

This past term we have accomplished much. We have considered every issue from weapon permits to the declining rothe population. I have worked to open up new trade routes and open new avenues for our merchants to express ourselves. I have boosted our economy. I have reduced criminal activity as well as stopping criminals in their tracks personally. I have kept a close examination of the situation with the criminal Tobias Breen and with the help of the Watch and Spellguard we have successfully thwarted his plans, saving many lives. I have sponsored an investigation on the Tigereye Mercenary Company by request of the citizenship to check for widespread corruption. I have added procedures to add trial records to our files to ensure a fair trial is held by each of our councilors. I have added the Citizenship Awareness Act to allow citizens more insight into the operations of the government. I have supported means to prevent the council's enemies, such as Deeds Westcastle, Symondor and Zau so they may no longer kill our beloved councilors that you have worked hard to elect.

...but most of all, I have worked hard to represent what you all want to have seen before the Council. I have helped people in their efforts to create a monastary, sponsor a mercenary group, find the legalities of inheriting land, maintaining our arena, so on and so forth. I have considered EVERYTHING you all have put before me.

My friends, these results are phenomenal. A simple glance of our file cabinets would show you that these results exceed what the council has done in its last term.

Re-elect myself, Jacob Geigne, in the upcoming Tarsakh election and I will continue to work hard to support YOU.

I will work hard to get what you want heard in the Council and help your initiative as if it was my own. I will work hard to help our new councilors learn procedure and become just as successful. I will work hard to ensure our safety and improve our city's lifestyle. I will work hard to see to Sanctuary's best interests.
