I posted this here so it would get the most veiws/ feedback. My computer died about a month ago and I have been down since then. I'm waiting on my backordered video cards and processor to get fully back in. In the mean time I'm going to install NWN on teh womans computer because I can't stand it any more ;)

In the past I never had any problems with NWN so I have just kept current rather than having to do a fresh install. So now that I have to do a fresh install, what's the best install order now for the PC version?

I'm assuming you're referring to the order of expansions and patches?

If you have the 5 cds you'd get from multiple purchases, the install order is NWN, SoU, and HoTU, followed by patching. If you have the DVD from the platinum edition I'm guessing the installation is entirely automatized, but I wouldn't know.

Also, if you have any overrides you want to use, these will have to be added last, since SoU and HoTU each add overrides on their own.

Gotcha. Since I never had to do a fresh to current install, rather just keeping current, I was curious about the patch thing. But the install all, then patch answers that.
