I am Scion Dungal Toboerski. I write to you with grave displeasure. The Tigereye mercenaries have informed me that there are wererats living within our population, serving the scum known as the Chosen. These wererats are a menace to us all, and a major danger.

Yet the Tigereyes do not bother to make any moves to capture or kill these wererats. Unlike most 'Chosen' which are svirneblin infected with lycanthropy, this new threat is composed of humans (and likely other races) infected with this disease.

Confirmed, by his own actions and mouth is one Jake. A human male, he is young often making furtive rat-like movements and gestures who wears dark leather armor highlighted in copper or gold and a heavy face mask and helm similarly colored. This Jake is well known by many adventurers to be a wererat and aligned with the Chosen.

Something must be done about this threat before citizens turn to vigilantism.
