Letters to the Watch, Spellguard and Tigereye

Watch/Spellguard/Tigereye,

Take note of the presence of Underwood Auctioning. They are selling a golden dragon heart. For the most obvious reasons, I request that Underwood be brought in so we can purchase the heart ourselves. Allowing him to run free in Sanctuary with that thing is a danger to us all. Imagine if the criminal element got a hold of that thing!

-Councilor J. Geigne

Watch/Spellguard/Tigereye,

Well? No response regarding my message concerning Underwood? Are we so unconcerned of the criminal element getting a golden dragon heart on their hands?

My request is simple. Bring Underwood in, make a legal purchase of the golden dragon heart and let him continue auctioning off his goods as normal. The golden dragon heart will be given to the Spellguard for research purposes. The Council will reimburse the money for this golden dragon heart.

This is a matter of our security. A golden dragon heart in the hands of the people such as Zau is no joke.

-Councilor J. Geigne

Sergeant Durris comes across the second letter, reading over it he mutters darkly. Suppressing an urge to shred it to pieces, he copies it down and files it, then passes the original copy on to someone with better people skills to pen a reply

We will do as we can.
