The elf in question, and another, a male, attacked a group. It is likely the poster of the false notice was a member of said group, as few others have had access to the information on it.

The male was apprehended, charged with attempted murder and theft, but a Council trial, presided over by Jacob Geigne, acquitted him. The Tigereyes and Watch together brought the criminal to court, but the judge claimed conflicting evidence forced him to release the criminal back into our streets, now less safe due to his utter oversight.

If the female is apprehended and tried, there is to be a revision of his sentence.
