[missive to council]

Hello Councillors,

Due to the low numbers of rothe ranging this season and the general state of famine in the less affluent areas of the settlement, my fellows and I have decided to offer to put together a plan to counter the affair.

We would like to excavate and plant a pair of fungi gardens and a third bed of medicinal growth and root them in the tunnels below the Lower Level of the settlement, under the flow of the creek that bisects the area. It would require collapsing a number of sections of the tunnel, to control water flow, or at least blocking them with a grate, which would be less preferable.

If you decide this is something you would allow us to pursue, I will hire an engineer and have the plans drawn up for a presentation to be given at your convenience.

Thank you, Mylin, House of Light

Dear Mylin,

It has been some time since we have spoken dear lady! I think this is a wonderful endeavor for the House (so I'm assuming it is), but I do believe that you will go further with this possibility by giving exact details and plans before sending a letter to this beauracratic fungal-paper devourer called the Council.

Take care, I hope we can have a friendly sit down some time soon like we had some months back.
