They're exclusive to Sanctuary due to having originated from the deep gnomes, yes, but please, please place something similar to eg Fort Mur. Otherwise people need to drop things down, causing lag. Since the merchants in Fort Mur won't purchase anything at all, getting encumbered in there is a pain.
