I'd like to know if any progress has been made regarding the decision of how to deal with the so called powerful wizard. I fear that the longer we wait the more dangerous the situation can become.

We have so little information, we are quite confounded ourselves. I fear the stand-still as you do, of course. Now that I am able, I will attempt to look into this more personally.
