Back to 8 IG hours/40 RL minutes between rests

Resting hasn't changed in months.

It's 5 Ig hours I think? Huh? so 25 min? or was it 20 min and 4 IG hours?

Should be 5 IG hours. It hasn't changed in a long time. I don't think that it has ever been eight on our server, but I may be wrong about that.
