I was wandering through the Dunwarren ruins this morning and couldn't help but to notivce the number of abaondoned buildings there in various states of disrepair.

Could enough timber be salvaged for the flooring from these buildings? Once the flooring is in place the building can be opened and the interior walls etc can be built as the new Zhurk is grown.

If enough timber could be salvaged to complete the House that would be even better.

Please have you crews look into the possibility and report back to me within the next day or two.

The Foreman told me to look into this and write back to you. Seems them gnomes didn't care that much for zurkhwood furnishings in their buildings -- either that or the current inhabitants of the ruins have torn most of it to bits (one of those metal monsters that run renegade out there chased me around for an hour before my crew got the Spellguard to come out and deal with it!!! And then a rat the size of a rothe tried to eat my knee). If you've got a particular building you think we can get a good supply of zurkhwood from by tearing it up, drop me a note, but mostly it's just stone and warped iron out there. I don't want to run around in there anymore; one of those little rusted walking machines kept following me last time and I swear it was watching me, just waiting for me to drop my guard!

Thankyou for your efforts - please ensure that neither you or any of your men put themselves in any danger. When I am down there next I will give the foreman a 10 gold bonus for each worker that took part in the search in Dunwarren - please provide me the names of the men so that I cna enusre they receive their bonus.

I am pursuing other avenues for obtaining the materials necessary - If you have any thoughts on alternative materials to Zhurk that could be used for the flooring I would appreciate any input as my knowledge of construction matters is limited.
