*He sits down and pens a reply to Mardun in a precise yet smooth, flowing script*

Hail to thee, I am an Elder of Clan Stoutheart, a local group where those of Stout blood have bonded together in kinship and clanhood. We've several doughty Stout warriors, a few priests of the Morndinsammen such as myself and there is even a Runecaster walking about as well.

Look out for and find the good Stouts of Tornbeard Hall. Introduce yourself to them and ask to prove your talents and mettle in the face of danger. If the Stout will vouche of your worth and an Elder agrees, we'll likely welcome you into our Clan with ale, tales and perhaps a song from our War Chanter.

Or if you see a well-muscled and hale Stout with balding dome and a dark beard, that may be myself and I'd sure like to meet you.
