Letter left outside of the Red Smile clubhouse.

Esteemed brethren,

You have no doubt heard of me by name, but I will not mention that name here. A personal superstition. My necklace of crimson stained stones is my calling card; I hope that this will reveal to you whom you are treating with, and whom I represent.

I would like to arrange a meeting with your Capo, wherein we shall discuss the many ways in which your group and I can be of use to one another.

I give you my solemn vow that no harm will come to any of yours, save where it is in defence of my own. I do not often extend my hand, grasp it while you may and our friendship can begin in a manner befitting all profitable business relationships.

If my missive piques your interest, and you would like to arrange a meeting, paint a black X on the third door on the right as you pass the Tigereye barricade leaving your street. I will find one of your runners and send a message with further arrangements regarding our meeting.

The note is unsigned.

A black clad, helmed figure drops by to see if the letter has been picked up.

He finds a note, it reads:

If you want to talk, bring us the head of a Tigereye as proof of your good intent.
