A group of us went to do the Clown Land quest and basically were dominated by the clowns even before getting to the building. I was in worg form when I got killed (knocked down, not fugue). I most likely would have stabilized but my animal regeneration put my hp up to 20 but i was still unable to move. Since I had positive hp the clowns refocused on me and had free shots until i was dead.
My character is Cieljar Potter

Although not a DM I can say that:
Unless a dm was standing over this and seen it. Its unlikely that they can help. Thats the usual policy at least. The best they can do is have a look at scripts an try to see if theres a way to make this avoidable.
I think its a bioware issue more so than anything else. With all the current more critical scripts going a little wierd its likely going to take a bit to remedy anyway. My personal advise to you is to be VERY careful with those shifted forms as sever saves can occasionally cause instant death.
EDIT:
Oh and in saying that your not SUPPOSED to get that hp at all. Not more than once at least. Its just everytime te server saves it instantly unpolymorphs/polymoprhs you replying the bonus hp. Its not supposed to give it to you its just an added perk due to bioware issues.

Okay, that was the first regeneration of that shift. I figured my case couldnt be helped but just wanted to warn for future references.

Potter, I was in that group and I (tarnis) used a belt of serious healing on you which is why your HP shot up to 20.
I thought I told you that OOC in-game?
anyway don't know if this has to do with your original request but I thought I'd mention it to you just in case.

No you had but that was after I was hit down to negative hp already. I was at 20 paralyzed for awhile (time i could have retreated), hit to negative hp, you healed me but by then they were overrunning us and I couldnt get out of the mob.

Oh and I'd mention if you get hit to exactly 0 hp you don't die, but your paralysed, cursed and slowed for one round (6 seconds) this could have happend to you.

This hasn't been the case for a long time.

Just a thought, what if druids shifted back to normal form if subdued? Of course something would have to be done to offset hit point loss at the same time.

Could add an "if druid" to the script to heal (hp only), unpolymorph, and then hurt to 1hp. Might be a bit clunky but it wouldn't kill them. Or get the Con value when poly'd, get the con value of the char (store it when wildshaping) and then if there is a difference, grant difference * level / 2 hp to counter the hp lost due to con difference.
Off the top of my head that was but it feels about right.

This remains a long-standing issue.
